Terry says :

Thought you'd be surprised to see another Jasmine GT6.  I've only seen 2 or
3 others in the three years or so since I've had her.

She was originally White 19 but at some stage in her very vague history a
colour change took place.  I've had the body restored recently and decided to
keep her in Jasmine. White is a devil to keep clean and the wifes car is white
so I couldn't handle another!

Yes, definitely keep yours Jasmine, yet another signal red car would be too
much!  I visited another of the Triumph specialist's a year or so ago and he
told me he buys signal red paint in bulk and he's sick of the sight of it!

The car has been through several hands, I have the history from DVLC, but
none are traceable unfortunately other than the chap I bought her from who
gave me everything he had.

She is gradually being returned to good condition, having had body, rear
suspension, electrics, etc. restored to date.  Eventually I'll get the gearbox
rebuilt as synchro on 2nd and 3rd is none too great!  The engine also needs
looking at some time as there is a bit of an oil leak and an unleaded
conversion would be sensible at the same time.

The car is used all year round in all conditions other than snow, I have to
be sensible some time!

She was originally sold in Bucks, and I'm now in East Yorks so she's
travelled a bit.

Reg. 923YTD. Amazingly its the original reg. confirmed by DVLC. Original
owner must have transferred the reg. to her when new from his previous car.
I've been harangued so many times for having an inappropriate reg. you
wouldn't believe it!

Where abouts are you in the country, you never know maybe I'll spot you and
your Jasmine on the road some day !

Regards
Terry
